The main objectives of the council are as follows:-

These youths have the golden opportunity to enjoy tertiary education, and are able to help provide the right guidance to their fellow friends on overcoming the manifold obstacles and challenges ahead;
ii) To strengthen the belief system (aqidah) of the Rohingya youth through organisation of motivational programs, such as talks, discussions, workshops and seminars so that they would be able to become good Muslims who would be able to uphold the principles of ‘amal makruf nahi mungkar’.
